I got a Trust TB-7300 and when I try to use the GUI it gives me this then the window with nothing.

Please try using the latest release: https://github.com/tb2097/wacom-gui/releases/tag/v0.3.0-rc18, let me know if this resolves the issue.

When I try to launch the wacom-gui.py, It give me syntax errors.

Wrong python version. Use python2.

When I launch with python2, It says that there no module.

That is another issue. Install the module then.

Kinda off topic but I can't install with pip because it has been disabled and building it give me an incompatibility error with Qt.

Which Os do you use? Run cat /etc/os-release and paste the output.
