Implement TUI with the given source code

It is too cumbersome to use the hex editor as it is now. We need to dump the binary file to hex and then edit and save it to convert it to a new binary.
It would be extremely helpful to have a TUI which does both the tasks simultaneously.

Features

  1. Key Bindings - escape, save, edit
  2. Color for visual identification
