Linux Mint is maintaining a forked version of Timeshift and they are planning to develop it further. This repo will continue to be available but will only see bug fixes and minor changes. You will have an option to use either this version or the fork developed by Linux Mint. |

#929 would be my suggestion of what the smartest move is. Linux Mint has proven with snap that they stand behind the foss community even when they "sold out" with mozilla which is easy to avoid for those who care. Linux Mint is top notch for most parts and considered their funding they are over pro lords :D |
