There is no 4.20.3 on the list

1. Go to 'UKUU'
   Expected behavior
   Find 4.20.3
   Screenshots

Did you sudo rm -rf /tmp/ukuu* ~/.cache/ukuu*, and relaunch ukuu?

I think it is a bug which needs to be fixed.

Do you have it right now? If so it's not a bug...

I can confirm the issue. Workarounds (deleting cache and temp files and folders) didn't help me so far.
I also tried to re-install UKUU. That also didn't help.
Please do not close this item until a solution is available.

Did you sudo rm -rf /tmp/ukuu* ~/.cache/ukuu*, and relaunch ukuu?

Solve the issue but you may need also to run the following command if you can't install the selected kernel in ukuu (wrong ownership root to $USER) :
sudo chown $USER:$USER /tmp/ukuu
