A user has reported inaccurate content on http://docs.telerik.com/platform/knowledge-base/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-cannot-receive-push-notifications-on-android-when-the-app-is-closed

Sony devices has similar problem as they have stamina mode, same issue as for xiaomi and huawei devices, if app is closed/killed it won't receive notification which should arrive

path for settings:
settings > power management > stamina Mode > apps active in standby

The user has also left an email address.

• Check accuracy
• If needed, fix content
• If any content was fixed, release fixed content
• Optional: If contact information is available, follow up with the client
• If needed, log additional items

@ikoevska thanks very much, I will consider adding this, but it is for slightly different case (consider the Power saving mode on iOS) instead of the devices in question when you have to explicitly add the permission for the app to receive push.
