Allow user's to add other accounts to their profile

Overview

We would like to provide a unified way to see the number of tokens and other information of several accounts from the user.
The user will not be able to execute any action with the accounts in the list.

Acceptance criteria

• User must define a primary account that will connect to all the other accounts
• The primary account must be a native one

Technical considerations

• Use local storage to store the accounts
