Both the Table and the Graph on this page should be titled "Testnet"

In addition to this, it seems the table output for app-dev is actually reporting mainnet votes.

The current Mainnet data is taken from this endpoint:

What is the corresponding Testnet link for this same data?

I looked at AWS S3 and it does not appear that we have a bucket for testnet at all.
