The continue button in the Dao selection optional is not working while creating a new proposal

The continue button in the Dao selection optional is not working while creating a new proposal, even if the default option is Telos Community the continue button does not work

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Proposal
2. Create a Proposal
3. Add the name and image link click on continue button
4. Even if the default selected option is Telos Community the continue button does not work

Expected behavior
The continue button should work in the dao selection optional screen as the default option selected is Telos Community currently it works if i select custom dao and then select Telos Community it should be fixed when visiting to that screen for first time continue button should work
