Description
When connecting to Teloscan for the first time, it automatically adds TEVM to MetaMask using the old RPC. This behavior might cause confusion for users expecting the latest configuration.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open MetaMask.
  2. Connect to Teloscan for the first time.
  3. Observe that TEVM is added to MetaMask with the old RPC configuration.

Expected Behavior
TEVM should be added to MetaMask using the most recent RPC configuration.

Actual Behavior
TEVM is added using the old RPC configuration.
