Test Nexus with Cloud

It would be great to have coverage of sync and async operations on Cloud.

The Cloud namespace that we use in CI has Nexus enabled.

The tricky part to test this would be to allow tests to run concurrently since a Nexus endpoint has to be defined in advance and it points to a specific task queue. The endpoint registry has inherent registration delay that is tricky to deal with in automated tests.
