Additional context

I packaged tenacity on debian testing. So far it is working. I can share my files if there is a need for them.

I've some experience building a .deb package. But maybe it's better if some package repositories do's that for us. Or a own repo where nightlies and stables are published. But I really don't know much about the Debian ecosystem.
