现在官方文档，serverless的github中文文档都不对，根本无法创建工程

npm i serverless -g之后

1.无论我环境变量还是当前目录创建一个.env设置SERVERLESS_PLATFORM_VENDOR=tencent都无法选择腾讯云的模板

2.我又尝试了

serverless create -t tencent-nodejs
又会报创建错误
