Bug Description

These mods together on their latest versions of each mod cause huge lag, but I have noticed adding Chipped causes memory issues to go up drastically, so I have a feeling its the main issue.

How to Reproduce?

Just load a world adding each of these mods one at a time, have JEI as well as it sometimes crashes with it, and see the memory usage

Having JEI and EMI with these mods will make it that they crash, and will not work in game somtimes as well, the lag starts when you teleport to new chunks and they need to load
