There used to not be any web UI for GraphViz. I even made one myself in 2013 to fill the gap. These days, edotor is on its way to become the de-facto web editor for GraphViz. It is mentioned on the https://graphviz.org/resources/ page, but it is not officially recommended. As far as I know, no web editor is.

The official editor for PlantUML is https://www.plantuml.com/plantuml/ but as it advertisement ridden and is missing features, I have fallen into the habit of recommending PlantText instead.
