On both, windows and linux it must be possible to install and switch between different versions of RobotFramework AIO.

Switching mechanism/syntax need to be aligned with python's virtual environment switch.

Usecase: Jenkins switches version to be used for a testsuite execution.
one job on an older version, another job on the latest version.

what is the status of this issue?
Good starting point would be an analysis how we can realize this. Good wood be if we can case re-use existing infrastructure.
