R excercise solutions not included in a submit

I'm trying to submit my R excercise solutions using the tmc cli on Linux, but the submission fails, because all of the solution files get filtered out of the zip file.

I'm guessing it's a difference in path handling between operating systems or clients, and the isStudentSourceFile function gets a value that it filters out on my setup.
