Some tools dealing with licenses only recognize them if they're stored as a separate file named LICENSE or COPYING or something similar; copying the license out of the README into a file named one of these would be helpful for such cases. See the "Community Standards" page under the "Insights" tab for this repo: https://github.com/textmate/rez.tmbundle/community

git blame says that the license has been in the readme since @infininight originally added the file in 082611e
