With regard to the typechecking explosion noted in #73, @tomjack has expressed interest in reproducing this and tracking down the issue.

We would need to figure out a ref that reproduces this and then supply generated Ligo and a shell script showing how to load the lazy functions, seal the contract and then invoke the problematic endpoint.

Also Daniel Hines is interested in benchmarking how we hammer Michelson, see this discussion.
