IS.fna is Freely redistributable?

Hi, I am using the IS.fna file for some analysis and I wanted to know if it is Freely redistributable, because on ISfinder page it says the following:
"Permission:It is not permitted to download the ISfinder database without written authorization. Moreover, it is also not permitted at any time to distribute the database to third parties either individually or as part of web-based software."
I know that the compiled sequences are not the entire database but anyway, I wanted to know if I can freely use this files.
