Include application licenses

We are missing all the geojson polygons for the licenses that are under application:

• EPL0434
• EPL0435
• EPL0436
• EPL0437
• EPL0438
• EPL0439
• EPL0440

They are not present in the geojson files provided by the GIS guy because we didn't send him the following geojson file for the the license applications: mw_application.geojson.zip

Also, there is no company attached to these licenses so we can't browse for them with the current user entry point that is focused around linking with companies. We would have to design an entry point to view licenses that are under application.
