Docker compose check broken on Docker for Mac 4.34.3

This issue was closed: #51, and I believe it now works for certain Apple silicon versions, however, for intel it's now broken.

docker compose version
Docker Compose version v2.29.2-desktop.2

This is running the latest version of Docker desktop - looks like we may need an or condition since the v is still in the intel docker desktop version.
