systemd_enabled true while runmode cron

Hello,
i found in manifests/agent/service.pp that $systemd_enabled is FALSE when runmode = cron.

it would be nice to have the possibility to put $systemd_enabled = true AND runmode = cron because in this way, when a machine boot after a period of maintenance, puppet apply its new profile at boot time without waiting that the cron runs. And puppet itself stops the daemon so it will run again by the cron from that time.
