Join a small cross-functional team playing a pivotal part in one of Brisbane's largest digital transformations!
This is an opportunity to play a major role in one of Brisbane's largest digital transformation initiatives! As part of this sub-10 person team, you'll be involved in the redesign and redevelopment of several customer and internal-facing applications currently in enterprise-scale usage.
As part of your role, you'll have a chance to work directly with the end-users of the software you're helping to build - this is a rare opportunity to have an immensely short feedback loop with the people using the products you ship!
What you'll be doing
- Translating business requirements and planning new releases in close collaboration with other developers.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
- Identifying opportunities for performance or capability gains and executing upon them.
- Contributing to the continued improvement of coding standards and practices within the team.
You'll ideally have
- Solid experience with Java 1.8+ and Spring
- Experience with leveraging public cloud services.
- Experience with modern cloud-based CI/CD and test automation.
- Exposure to containerisation and orchestration tools.
- Exposure to integrating with or developing on the Salesforce platform
