Sentence assigned to intent 'statisfaction_no'

Hi all,

I have a bot with 20 stories, and 10 to 15 sentences by intention. The Satisfaction module is enabled. I choose by random 1 sentence and I moditify one caractere (eg remove the last carracter). I copy it

1. New sentence > New sentence > Paste the sentence > GO. The sentence is assigned to my intent with probability 98%
2. Test the bot > Test the application > Paste the sentence > GO. Returns the unknown answer
3. Inbox sentences > Search the sentence > It is assigned to the intent 'statisfaction_no' with probability 76%
4. Setting > Application > Trigger Build > Wait few minutes > redo step 1, 2 and 3 with the same results.

I read the code of tock and I still do not understand. I already published chatbot with tock and I never noticed this kind of trouble.

Hi Denis,
Have you tried the "Normalized text models" option in Settings > Applications?
