Improve cursor design when clickFeatures is enabled and during drawMode #72

Small design improvement idea because it's currently difficult to visually indicate that you can start clicking the map with the default arrow alone. Shouldn't overlap with the draw or drag/pan cursor though

Related: improve draw & modify cursor based on this sketch - would likely require using an image (introducing an icon lib?) rather than built-in OL regular shape.

Also investigate if it's possible to effectively hide/override default pointer cursor that desktop users still see on top of the drawingPointer we define. We'll only want to do this when draw & modify interactions are active though, which may be tricky because you can also pan/drag the basemap when drawing is active & would still expect/want to see pointer/grab hand then? Will require a bit of cross-browser testing.
