Can we use pg_tapgen to generate structural and data format validation for user-defined SQL functions and Views?
If not, can we add it as an enhancement feature?

Apologies for the delayed response; I somehow missed this. Always happy to consider new features, and pg_tapgen is a pretty open smorgasbord of functionality, so I say go for it (if it's still on your radar). But what do you mean by data format validation?
