Testsuite fails to run if there is no /usr/bin/python #73

See attached patch that uses python.executable instead of hardcoding interpreter calls thus making the testsuite always run the interpreter the tests are executed with instead of always /usr/bin/python.

As I just patched the 2.5.0 when testing python2 removal on openSUSE I didn't consider it so complex to really need a fork and pr...

Consider it a bugreport with a WIP solution and feel free to do whatever you like with it.
