pkgconfig file hardcodes -lpthread #437

After installing rtaudio on a Windows system and using pkgconfig to find it, it pulls in -lpthread in the link flags. Pthread is not available on Windows with msvc so linking fails because of this flag.

I don't use Windows so someone that does will need to find a fix and submit a pull request.
