A few RFCs we know about that are needed:

How automated testing will work post-Axway
How build encryption will work post-Axway
How package management will work post-Axway

To move this forward, we need to identify engineers that can serve on this steering committee to begin writing these specs.

RFCs for describing how each of these work will be checked in as MD files after being discussed under Issues for the RFC repository.
