In ios 13.3.1 doesn't recognize barcodes (EAN13, Code-128) #120

used code: Your ios examplecode: ti.barcode/ios/example/app.js

XCode Version 11.3.1
Titanium SDK 8.3.1.GA (but also tried prior Versions 8.3.0.GA, 8.2.1.GA)
iPad ios Version 13.3.1

QRCode is working proper.
Code 128 -> not recognized (no event is fired)
EAN 13 -> not recognized (no event is fired)
