Vehicle Dimenstion Parameters in continental_launch_all_hw.xml

For now, continental_launch_all_hw.xml uses vehicle parameters like configuration_vehicle_length.

What if the parameters are not correctly aligned with the cars? Do we need to calibrate this number for different deployments of the vehicles?

The parameter itself is unrelated to calibration as it is a vehicle parameter (it is not relative to the sensor).
