EN and AR maps not loading on umap

Sorry in advance if I'm in the wrong place.

For some time now, piano and forte maps have been available as a background map on uMap (http://umap.openstreetmap.fr/). Recently, I've noticed that the EN and AR maps have stopped working: the background map never loads. Instead, the FR map works properly. Is this a bug on pianoforte's side, or do you think I should report this to uMap developers?

The URL was wrong in the uMap configuration: those style does not have the retina tiles available, so if you load the map with a normal computer it will work, and fail if you load if with a retina (HDPi) computer.
I fixed the URL there.
