403 forbidden when Step 1: Obtain the login page

So I have run into a weird problem. So from one server/computer I am getting 403 returned for step 1. But using same code on my work laptop I get no issues. On same network(same public IP).

First I tought maybe it was the WAF, so I waited some days to try again on the server. But still its returning 403.

Any idea why I am seeing this on one computer only? And how to get around?

I also tried the lib TeslaAuth(https://github.com/tomhollander/TeslaAuth/) but it has the exatct same issue. @tomhollander
