Loving this project so far.

I'm using the as_markdown option to create my docs in markdown.

Theres some little things that I'd love to tweak and I came upon the template_dir which will allow me to use my own mako templates. I copied the text.mako template from the project here hoping that that would be what is in use for markdown, but it wasnt.

Is there a mako template currently in place for the default markdown format that is created (that i could then tweak as wanted)

A good resource for this is the text.mako from portray: https://github.com/timothycrosley/portray/blob/master/portray/pdocs_templates/text.mako

FWIW I also had trouble using a custom text.mako, but it was because I was specifying --template-dir instead of --template_dir (I wish Hug would have thrown an exception for an unparsed arg hugapi/hug#886)

In case this helps anyone, I setup a custom template for resolving #22: template directory and command
