Package "fs" does not exist anymore

Hi,

This module declares a dependency on [email protected]. However, the fs package no longer exists on npm.

Why does karma-istanbul-threshold need that package for? Can we remove the dependency and simply let it use the built-in "fs" package of node.js instead?

Also, on line 5 of lib.js, the import of fs isn't even used and could be removed.
