while running this program, i am getting following error

python runDetection.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "runDetection.py", line 106, in
saved_dict = pickle.load( open( "classifier_params_hardnegposmine.p", "rb" ) )
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'classifier_params_hardnegposmine.p'

How to run this program? Could you help me?
