Type::Utils dependency needs to be updated. #13

I just tried to install Kavorka and got a failure.

Died at /Users/schwern/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.18.1-thread/lib/site_perl/5.18.1/Type/Utils.pm line 535.
t/54typefallback.t ............. 
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
No subtests run

Type::Utils was at 0.046. I upgraded to the latest (1.000005) and now the tests pass.
