Support for CALL <procedure_identifier> parsing with Snowflake

Currently, statements executing procedures in Snowflake fall back to Command types, but this doesn't allow for parsing/manipulation of the procedure identifier.

For example:

CALL dev_database.my_schema.my_procedure()

results in a

Command(
this=CALL,
  expression=Literal(this=dev_database.my_schema.my_procedure(), is_string=True)
)

expression.

Ideally being able to atleast split the expression into:

Command(this=CALL, expression=Dot(
   this=Dot(
       this=Identifier(this=dev_database),
       expression=Identifier(this=my_schema)
), expression=Anonymous(this=my_procedure))

Would you be open to contributions for it? My team currently has a work around by just manually parsing command literals and manipulating it, but we would be open to starting some work on it.
