Organize the Job Descriptions #18

There are enough job descriptions here now that we should reorganize them so that they can be easily searched.

Two potential ways we could do this:

Put them into folders based on job category (engineers, ospo leaders, community managers, etc)
Rename the files to a common format that prioritizes job category and job title
