How is the plugin system gonna work?

I just was wondering, considering you want to add a plugin system like VScode.
Do you already have any Ideas how thats gonna work? With JS, Lua, WASM?

Also I am interested if I would be able to implement a custom renderer for example I would want to organize Typst documents, could I create a plugin that uses the binary/WASM module for Typst to do that?
