Migrate to the new React Native architecture

With version 0.68.0 React Native makes it much easier to use the new architecture. With this update they also want to encourage more users to turn on, try and use the new architecture. In the long run, this will become the primary and only architecture. Therefore, we should migrate to the new architecture.
