Animated graphic in "The Stack" works only depending on viewport height

This is extremely minor, so feel free to instant-close it, but since the whole section¹ is so slick I figure there's somebody out there who cares to make it perfect:

Basically, if you zoom out far enough (make you viewport tall enough) you will no longer be able to click on e.g. "bytes" and have it actually highlight.
Should be easy to reproduce.
