Connect to Indicators through Program

We need to sync programs and indicators across to TolaTables and allow user to select an indicator to associate an Table with.

Then we can:
Auto create collected data entry for an indicator based on entry date of mobile data collection tool (Ona, KoboToolBox) if tagged by user.
Create Dashboards in TolaTables that visualize table data by program and indicator and drive new users to explore both tools.
