Need to restart serverless-offline after tsc #11

Not so much an issue with this repo, especially given serverless-offline is not implemented...

However wondering if anyone has serverless-offline working so that the tsc -w at root level can restart serverless-offline on the fly. This would greatly speed-up my local dev workflow.

The serverless-typescript repo manages to do this somehow.
