- one head of broccoli
- 2 cloves of garlic
- one onion
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 800 mL water
- one big splash of oat cream
- Olive oil
- Wash and chop the broccoli, onion and garlic
- Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil
- Add broccoli, chickpeas, water and bouillon
- Boil for 15 minutes
- Blend
- Serve with some oat cream
