It's not a major problem but I wanted to understand the cause! may be due to F5OEO firmware
I investigage this problem with Wireshark:
With ffmpeg and firmware of F5OEO the tag -mpegts_service_id for example 4095 you see in ffmpeg:

In output UDP with Wireshark you can see 2 service ID the default Service ID: 0x0001 and the service of the provider Service 0x00fff
In Longmynd or Minitioune you see the provider service (ID 4095 or 0x0fff) but in Open Tuner you see the default service
