Figures not rendered in question display #74

If a question has figures (images) associated with it, such figures are not displayed correctly while taking the quiz.

The quiz question is displayed at:
http://localhost:8000/q/<user_friendly_quiz_url>/take/

The URL of the figure is of the form:
http://localhost:8000/q/<user_friendly_quiz_url>/take/uploads/2017/08/14/<image_name>

But there is no image served at that URL.
