Bring activity to the TON answers platform through an organized system, advertising, and rewards or ranking mechanisms to encourage participation and respect volunteers.

Context

If you take a look at TON Response, open mind, you sense some dead vibe and disappointing situation.
But if you go deeper, you find golden active vibrant history.
Nowadays we have had questions for one month, 3000 times seen, with no answer. Not one, not two but so many of them.

We have a gang with high rank, an average of 6 months absent.

Although new entrance members are considerable, this dead vibe discourages everyone from asking questions. Nobody likes a cold welcome and unanswered questions for months.
This bounty aims to resolve this bad condition and bring life to it.

This task needs to be reflected in the community to gain feedback and encourage people to discuss more to reach a suitable conclusion as to how make change.

Learning goals

Newly joint developers like me in the first step faced with a complicated network full of technical detail.
Although some believe doc.ton.org is sufficient for learning purposes it is not.
For example some article like Merkle proof, Boc, TL-B themself needs some other articles to explain what this article addressed. This is just the Blockchain side.
We have proxy, DNS, direct payment, and other Network components as well.
Questions in the dev chat do not always hit answer, nobody is in charge.
Answering commonly asked question, have a direct impact on learning goals. It is obvious no explanation is needed.

We're focusing on making the platform self-sustaining. The bot that automatically forwards questions to the TON Dev Chat (EN) channel is effectively engaging the community in viewing and responding to inquiries. This model is working well and currently meets our needs.
