Debug states

When you select element it shows debug outline for a short time. Sometimes when I need to write lot of rules to the element(or element's children) I start by adding border: 1px solid #c00 to get a better overview of the element, then add all my rules and after that remove the debug.

Better solution would be to add new Debug states in the pseudo states(hover, focus) select. This would then put red, blue or green borders around the element when they are turned on.
