SMN Blood Pact abilities over level 1 do not show up. #2482

My server just upgraded to Topaz-Next a day or two ago and I just realized that the avatars only seem to have their level 1 Blood Pact's available.. I already checked the db and there seems to be no difference between the lvl 1 abilities and the others, and I doubt it'd be a lua file issue.. so maybe someone was working on something related to blood pact's and broke something?

This error print's out in the log:

[21/Jan] [18:51:36] [Error] Mobutils::CalculateStats Mob (Ramuh, 17360640, 386) has no detection methods!
[21/Jan] [21:42:11] [Warning] SmallPacket0x17: Incorrect NPC(1792,17200896) type(4)
Exception thrown at 0x00007FFD3302D759 (KernelBase.dll) in topaz_game_64.exe: 0xE24C4A02.
  • I have searched existing issues (https://github.com/topaz-next/topaz/issues) to see if the issue has already been opened
  • I have checked the commit log to see if the issue has been resolved since my server was last updated
  • This issue occurs on release branch (if other branch, please specify)

I ran across the same issue. This problem is fixed in canary branch. From my understanding Sol work is almost done and sometime soon going to be an update to release.
